In this example, we are using mailbox number mb123456 REPLACE this with your own in this document where ever it is listed.
Go to http://prf.server-help.com and enter the mb??????? number for the mailbox you want to setup
Save the prf file that is created to your machine
Go to the RUN command on the start menu, and type in outlook /importprf c:\mb123456.prf
Change path and name above to the file you saved. You can also after typing outlook /importprf simply drag the files you saved to the RUN box you are typing in, and it will add the filepath and name automatically.
when it asks for a username/password the username must be exchange\mb123456 and enter your password
You may have to do this a few times, and then you are all done.
