Instructions - Remote Support

To install our remote support software on your machine, allowing us to help you from offsite, please follow these steps or view the video below.

Windows PC

1. Download the software
2. Click RUN to get the software installing
3. Click NEXT
4. Select BOTH OF THE ABOVE and click NEXT
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click NEXT
6. Enter netc0nn as the password and type it again in the confirm password box
7. Click FINISH
8. A box will appear with you ID number in it.  Give this to your consultant to access your machine
